BD-C190 Wall Finish(Putty) is a two-component putty. It is designed to achieve a steel trowel finish over a portland cement base. It will provide excellent bond to any properly prepared portland cement base surface. It may be used on interior or exterior surfaces to provide an exceptionally smooth, durable, high-quality surface.
